Ingredients

  • 350 g Quick Cook Pork Belly Slices
  • 12 each bao buns
  • 200 g cabbage
  • 100 g carrot
  • 10 g coriander
  • 30 g spring onion
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 30 ml sriracha
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 10 ml sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Asian slaw: Thinly slice the cabbage, grate the carrot, and finely chop the coriander and spring onions. Toss together in a large bowl.
  2. Make the slaw dressing by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Drizzle over the slaw and toss to combine. Set aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the Quick Cook Pork Belly Slices and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Remove and slice into smaller pieces.
  4. Warm the bao buns as per package instructions.
  5. Prepare the sriracha mayo by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha. Adjust the quantity of sriracha based on your spice preference.
  6. Assemble the bao: Spread a layer of sriracha mayo inside each bao bun, add a portion of crispy pork belly, and top with the Asian slaw.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
