Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast diced
  • 400 g fettuccine
  • 120 g baby spinach
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 1 packet MasterFoods Chicken Alfredo Recipe Base
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the MasterFoods Chicken Alfredo Recipe Base and slowly add the milk. Mix until the sauce thickens.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Add the baby spinach and cook until just wilted.
  7. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the creamy sauce in the pan. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add the reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
