Ingredients

  • 500 g Kangaroo Diced
  • 1 packet Recipe Bases Beef Goulash
  • 2 each Carrot
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 2 medium Potato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 each Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions, garlic, and sautée until softened.
  3. Increase the heat and add the kangaroo diced meat. Brown on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle sweet paprika and cayenne pepper over the meat, stirring well to coat.
  5. Pour the contents of the beef goulash recipe base packet into the pot and mix well.
  6. Add 2 cups of water, stirring thoroughly, and bring to a gentle boil.
  7. Add diced carrots, celery, and potatoes into the pot.
  8. Lower the heat to a simmer, cover, and let cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Check for seasoning and adjust with additional salt or pepper to taste.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
