Ingredients

  • 2 each Butcher Ham Steaks
  • 4 each large wraps
  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g baby spinach
  • 1 each tomato
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Butcher Ham Steaks on medium heat in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Chop the cooked ham into small pieces.
  3. Spread each wrap with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  4. Layer some baby spinach, chopped tomato, chopped ham, grated cheddar, and mozzarella cheese in the centre of each wrap.
  5. Fold the wraps into a square-shaped parcel by bringing in the sides and then the top and bottom.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Place the folded wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
  8. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together to make a tangy dipping sauce.
  9. Cut the quesadilla wraps into halves or quarters and serve warm with the dipping sauce.
