Ingredients

  • 500 g Kangaroo Diced
  • 4 each tortilla wraps
  • 200 g tasty cheese
  • 0.5 each lettuce
  • 2 each tomato
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 each red onion
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 100 g corn chips

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the kangaroo diced until browned and cooked through. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over it and stir well to coat evenly.
  2. While the kangaroo cooks, prepare your vegetables—chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and slice red onion thinly.
  3. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the centre, layer a small handful of crushed corn chips, some cooked kangaroo, diced tomato, chopped lettuce, sliced onions, and shredded tasty cheese.
  4. To shape the crunch wrap, fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to form a hexagonal wrap. Make sure all edges are neatly tucked in.
  5. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Place the folded side of the wrap down onto the hot skillet and toast for 2 minutes or until golden. Flip and repeat for the other side.
  6. Repeat this for the other 3 tortillas.
  7. Serve hot with dollops of sour cream on the side or inside the wrap. Enjoy the cheesy, crunchy, and flavour-packed bites!
