Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork & Beef 3 Star Regular Mince Bolognese
  • 500 g Napoletana with Chunky Tomato & Herbs Pasta Sauce
  • 300 g pasta
  • 150 g shredded cheese
  • 1 each onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  4. Add the Pork & Beef 3 Star Regular Mince Bolognese and cook, stirring and breaking it apart, until browned.
  5. Stir in the Napoletana with Chunky Tomato & Herbs Pasta Sauce and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the mince mixture, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a large oven-proof dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the pasta bake.
  9. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
