Ingredients

  • 400 g Coles Pork Sizzle Steaks
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 each tortillas
  • 250 g fresh salsa
  • 2 each avocado
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • 2 each lime

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Coles Pork Sizzle Steaks with taco seasoning and a squeeze of lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a frypan over medium-high heat. Cook the pork sizzle steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the pork thinly into strips.
  4. Warm the soft tortillas in a hot pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced pork on each tortilla, topping with fresh salsa, sliced avocado, and chopped coriander.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zing.
