Ingredients

  • 400 g Coles Pork Sizzle Steaks
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 2 each Carrot
  • 1.5 cups Rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic and finely grate the ginger. Cut the carrot into matchsticks and break the broccoli into florets.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ginger, and half of the garlic to create the sauce.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil and the pork sizzle steaks. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the pork back and coat with the sauce.
  7. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve the glazed pork steaks with rice and steamed vegetables on the side.
