Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork sizzle steaks
  • 1 each Capsicum
  • 30 g Taco seasoning
  • 8 each tortillas
  • 300 g Fresh salsa
  • 1 each Avocado
  • 20 g Coriander
  • 1 each Lime
  • 30 ml Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the pork sizzle steaks into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine taco seasoning and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add pork strips to the bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork strips until cooked through.
  5. Slice the capsicum into thin strips and sauté them in the skillet until tender.
  6. Warm the soft tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing pork, capsicum strips, and fresh salsa on the tortilla.
  8. Top with slices of avocado, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lime.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
